Office Manager Intern

Duration: Minimum 3 months
Location: Rotterdam

Crescent Med is all about creating simple yet innovative hardware and software solutions. We believe that technology should do the heavy lifting and that tech should assist the user without adding necessary burdens or distractions to the user. Since 2017 Crescent Med has been hard at work developing an innovative headcam and live streaming that aims to digitalise the outdated surgical apprenticeship method.

As an office management intern, your role is to make sure that Crescent Med’s office (offline and online) is organised and functional to its best. You will support our operations team by taking care of many operational tasks such as purchasing items, helping with accounting, and supplier contact.


What will you do?

Your tasks will include the following:

  • Be the face of Crescent Med and our values and culture. When someone enters our office, they first come to you.

  • Ensure a pleasant working environment and secretarial support for our team.

  • Support in scoring funding opportunities for MedTech entrepreneurs by supporting us with strategic funding plans, forecasting and funding proposals.

  • Help our team with organising our GDPR and admin/accounting documentation system.

  • Be ready to proactively support with other tasks that may come your way. Expect variation and flexibility. 

  • Water our plants and pet our dogs for a pleasant working environment for all our earth dwelling creatures.

  • Assist in setting up an ordering strategy and ensuring we have all resources in house for production and development.
